And I'd always recommend Tripod.

Just stop complaining and realise how easy we all have it now.
Be grateful. =\

DJ_Izumi, I don't understand why you complain...

When you upload a vid on the Donut, it's clearly said that you can't remove it after that.
You don't have to upload to the donut if you dont want to...

And about cruel community, lack of tact and stuff, I still didn't get any answer from you about your track for Animix...lack of politeness IMO, but whatever...

You have no reason to complain I think.

Oh, Animix, Heh, I didn't even read that right when I responded.

No, I'm definatly not involved in any Any Animix. :P Though who ever did the Animatrix segment for Animix Part 2 actually cheated, just tossing in the pre-cut scenes from the trailer for the DVD.

There's your alternative. :?
That is hardly a realistic option, it's like saying stop being a Jew so the S.S. dosn't get you.
I didn't realize finding hosting for your vids was such an oppressing ordeal. :| SQ is right though, if you don't like the terms of org hosting, don't use it.

Not to argue, but it is extremely rare that any 'discipline' is carried out. The number of banning that the side has had is shockingly low, considering the large memberlist. I don't think that you could have known this with your recent joindate, so I though you might like to know. As for 'wild and cruel', well, it's a public forum. If people want to be such, then they are free to do so. Cracking down on them, that would be 'totalitarian'. But instead we allow posters freedom. I don't see where you're coming from here.
DJ_Izumi wrote:This comunity is very cynicial, elitist, and cruel. The problem is, the method being used to maintain any control only fuels the problem at the same time. Catch-22.
I'm very sorry to hear that you think that, and I can only imagine what might have lead to it. I'm also unhappy that every user's behaviour must be the fault of the site. Isn't that even a little unfair?
DJ_Izumi wrote:While I know of other methods, which lead to far more civil behaviour, I have never seen them attempted on a comunity of this scale. So I am far from certian that the method s would be effective.
I strongly suggest posting what these methods entail in 'Site Suggestions'.
