Need just a weeee bit of help here. [sports anime shows?]

Well, I'm working a large and indepth anime trailer project, The full 4min30sec Animatrix trailer, using only 8 animes to represent each of the Animatrix submissions, and will be matching different sections by stile the best I can.

The list is as follows...

Second Renesanse = Amitage 1 & 2
Program = Ninja Scroll
Kids Story = FLCL
World Record = Some sports anime
Beyond = Serial Experiments Lain
Detective Story = Gunslinger Girl
Matriculated = Patlabor 3 WXIII (This may get replaced if I can find anything that will fit better)
Osiris = GITS:SAC (How cliche. :\ Either that or 'Run=Dim'... *shudder*)

As you can see, World Record is blank, I need a sports anime. I am not a sports anime fan, hell when the World Series is on Fox I complain because it means I can't watch reruns of Seinfield at 11. I can't think of a SINGLE sports anime off the top of my head, so would anyone be nice enough to give me a list of things to look for so I can begin work?

Prince of Tennis
Princess Nine (baseball)

I need something with... like... Running I guess, since there's lots of running in World Record. Times like this I wish the Japanese were the ones who created Run Lola Run instead of the Germans.

Run Lena Run... Mmm yes.

Sometimes I wish the edit button in my tag worked.

Slam Dunk. It's basketball. I love the series. Too bad I've only seen 52 episodes.

You can use the various clips of Sakuragi running down people he's pissed at.

Hey, I'm just trying to help. You never specified it had to be something you could get at CRAPBUSTER.

FYI I saw Slam Dunk years ago on VHS at my anime club. It is still possible to get video. True you probably have to order a fansub or go to a place that imports Japanese video.

I really feel the response you gave is rude and unnecessary. I'm personally offended. If you can't get it, then just don't reply. Other people who are looking at the post will continue to post their suggestions. You are being very negative, because it seems the two people who tried to help you by giving suggestions have been immediately replied back too as letting us know that you probably don't like it, or 'that's the stupid and illegal'. This kind of response will only discourage others from helping you because you're probably going to post back that their suggestion is stupid and useless.

Actually I was making a P2P joke.

'Kazaahhhh Ah' As in Kazaa, followed by a very cheesy 'Er I mean Blockbuster, That's the ticket!' does anyone ever say 'Yeah... that's the ticket' without it being a lie? It was just a cheesy fake cover up for saying I'm using DVD rips and fansubs, which is often frowned upon.

I was also mocking P2P systems, due to the fact that certian searches will result in obscure and unwanted results. Such as how a search for 'Big O' will often just return pornography with big penises, big breasts, big girls, big... well you get the picture.

I was not being insulting at all, but quite wacky.

Sounds like Battle Athletes Victory might work well for that. It should have more than enough running.
