AbsoluteDestiny you are right that would be the best way to gain the footage for the AMV. now I would LIKE to do that too.. It would be vera cool to go to japan with sketches and a timeline and say can you do this?
mild begging, of course, may be needed
alog with a good sized pocketbook.
Or make one with your own hands... hmmmmm.... but that may take a while.

Oh no, then he'll try to eliminate humanity with that "Doomsday Sonnet" or whatever it was called from Read or Die. No thank you.Savia wrote: While you're there, get Beethoven to come back from the grave, get some modern music experience and write a guitar/vocals piece for the likewise revived Jimi Hendrix to perform for the music.

Kusoyaro: We don't need a leader. We need to SHUT UP. Make what you want to make, don't make you what you don't want to make. If neither of those applies to you, then you need to SHUT UP MORE.

I was wondering where you got that 3D Asuka... 8)AbsoluteDestiny wrote:All of these methods are no where near the best.
See, the best way is to get Ghibli, Gainax, Bones, Sunrise, Production I.G. etc to make the footage for your video. You tell them exactly what you want in each scene and let them animate it using all the latest techniques and animation talent.
I'm hoping to use this method as soon as possible

If that's your #1 fear, you'll never make it.
"Legal". "Illegal." These are but words. I personally don't see why anyone should care as long as we maintain certain discrepancies. Number one, buy your source footage (or get it animated by Gainax, Ghibli exc, but that’s a far cry form feasible.) Number two, buy the audio source. A CD isn't that expensive and is as good as digital media gets currently. As long as you OWN them nothing is wrong with at home compilations. Its the actual distribution that's "illegal." And I see it as: If they cant’ prove I’m the one uploading, it’s all good.

I bet everyone else is too tired with these same guestions asked over and over.
The best way to get anime is to just simply buy DVD's. Couldn't be any more simple that that, now can it?
And downloading any kind of anime is illegal, unless the particular anime isn't licensed yet. Don't know where you got that english subtitle story but it's false.
