If u guys wanna buy anime cheap, try ebay. My friends friend got the whole eva series for like 50 bucks.

CHINES BOOTLEG but yea if u dont mind that look on ebay. some of the stuff there is real but sadly most of it is bootleg

Both my friends got the real stuff, not no bootleg version, but u have to look carefully and see what ur buying, especially on ebay, u never kno what u gonna get, so b careful!

Wow, those are good prices. Usually I just got straight to http://www.bestprices.com but from now on I think I'll compare the two before I buy. The free shipping is especially nice.

I highly doubt that someone would sale the entire Eva series for only 50 dollars, especially when selling for 100 would be considered losing money. But hey who knows maybe someone went insane and decided losing money was a good thing.

i totaly agree. how do u know its not bootleg. do u know how to check for boot leg or not?

I think that my friends got lucky with those deals, i dont kno, im still looking for good deals on ebay cuz its tooo expensive to buy at the store. I also tried amazon and they were pretty cheap too, the whole series of eva for like 40 bucks, not bad, but then again, u dont get the movies.

If you get used anime in stores you can find some great sales (Comic Quest being the one near me). And I've pawned enough anime at insanely low prices to know people *do* get crazy when they sell things they're no longer interested. Just look for covers of the dvds when you buy off ebay - if they don't have pictures you don't want it.
