the RIAA withdrew the charges on teh 65 year old for using kazaa to download music as an "act of good faith," when in fact she uses a Mac and kazaa doesn't run on Macs.

well at least they didn't try to push it ... but hmmm 2000 sings at up to $150 000 each? 300 000 000 ... who the fuck canafford that ... it's like me being mugged by a starving hobo and then sueing him for 50 grand! God fucking danm it. Tell me what kind of "average everyday north american" can ever afford that?
