Error Message: "Bad data in AVI source file"

I recently downloaded Scabbage's video, "Something's In My Head - Renewal". When I played it, not only did it barely move (it only showed still pictures about every 10 seconds), but at the same exact spot in the video (2:39), I recieve the above error message. Can someone tell me what's wrong?
