But this isn't just a matter of post count. He can't see the replies he gets to his posts. And I think I've seen this. I made a post in a thread a day or so ago and read it afterward. Then today I went back to that thread and suddenly there's a post from Bebop ahead of mine - one that wasn't there after I posted it. I'm curious now.

Are the replies hidden from him, and it's a problem on his side? Or are his posts being delayed (unseen) for some reason - even though they go through? It sounds weird to me.
