Amv history
hey, it's cheelala again... ok... all of you "olbies" out there, i need your help. I am writing an article about amvs for my local newspaper
. It will be somewhat similar to THIS article, which i also wrote for my newspaper.
I'd like to know stuff about:
_ the beginning days of the org
-amvs before the org, after the org and the difference between them
-people who you think are/were "pioneers" of the amv community
-and other other information regarding the evolution of amvs. in your opinion have they gotten better or worse?
opinions are good, as are person experiences or memories. Anything you can give me will help. Thank you a bunch!
-lub always,

"I make video's for people to wonder what the hell I was thinking that minute, hour, day, week, month, or even a year, cause making that video might have effected me, and you can tell that in my work,
Weather it's an action video that shows I just wanted to have fun that week, or a Drama video that shows, yes I love my girlfriend more than anything in the world.
It's all there, my feelings from those days, compressed into digital signals, and made into a watchable form,
So next time you see a video done by me, don't say "oh wow, that was a cool video", say "wow, he's crazy" cause knowing that people are sharing feelings that otherwise chould'nt have gotten out, makes us the happiest people on earth."

That's a matter of opinion, ask most oldies and Most (i've heard) say worse (like my grandfather says country western music beats any of this new stuff), ask alot of new people and they might say better,-and other other information regarding the evolution of amvs. in your opinion have they gotten better or worse?

Just remember, putting quotes in an article from unknown persons is bad journalism. And no, nicks don't count as names. I'd think a better source would be the local gamers etc. And hey, I hope you're inquiring at other AMV hold-outs than here, you can't write a good article with just one, biased, source!!
AMV Progress:
"D-Me" (default title until something cooler occurs to me) - uh... this one's still in the "I wanna make it" stage, but did get to 5% at one point.

the first video online was, 17 vs Piccolo from Eric of Otaku Vengeance, i'm glad someone else still remembers them. Considering that was the first one online, it's still a very great video today, which you can find here, http://www.onslaughtcomplex.com/amvs/17vspiccolo.rm[/url]
