IM NOT ABLE TO ADD NEW ARTIST OR NEW ANIME

when i click on the button NOTHING HAPPEN!!!!!
its like this since the beginning...
thats why some of my amv can be downloadable!!
its because i cant add it!!!!!!

plz fix this problem !!

Have you checked your internet settings to make sure you have java script enabled? I don't know exactly what that popup is, but it's probably a problem with your settings (tools, internet options, advanced settings).

ALL OTHER ADD stuff works

but not the NEW stuff

new title , new artist and new studio didnt work

but the ADD button works
