Yes, read the guides and if there are certain parts that confuse you, ask about it in the 'video software' forum. If you're using Premiere, you can get your size down by producing to huffyuv and compressing it to xvid with VirtualDub. If you're using windows movie maker 1.0 and it's in microsoft video avi format, try converting it to mpg (a google search will give you programs to do this). If you're having trouble getting it small in VirtualDub, try giving an estimate size you want the vid to be at - 50-60 being best unless you have 10 minutes of footage.
