How do I put videos on this site?

I can't get it. I go through the enter new videos link, but when I go to upload, it says music and anime are not entered. Can someone go through the steps one by one, because if I am too stupid to do this, I need very detailed instructions.

Thanks, and sorry for posting such a redundant question, but I couldn't find the answer anywhere else.
