Shit man, the whole identity/look thing has been part of the anime imagery system forever... and the rest...
Well, let's just say you have a talent for stating the obvious in perversely obscure ways.
I'm sure that means a guarantee of prolonged and successful employment for you.
Now stop typing and go get a job at a tech firm. And if you're already working there, may I suggest you find a less mind-boggling non-work activity during the hours.

I'm merely indifferent to you. Although I do agree with Otohiko that you often state the obvious.danielwang wrote:How annoying, am I that despised on the forums?
I've considered doing this kind of thesis thing before, but never got farther than notes for my Evangelion-real world Christianity-His Dark Materials comparitive work. I then realised just how little point there was to it all

Disecting anime like this is the same as disecting any poetry or literary work - if you don't like doing it in school, who's going to want to do it for fun? Sure, you can make the same criticism and go through the same processes, but it would be like disecting 'Dumbo' - who wants to think about it that much? It may be fun for some, but it's boring and useless to most.

As for your posts - I think most people are either annoyed by their length so they can't/are unwilling to read it, or annoyed by the way they're written, which still means they can't/are unwilling to read it, or actually read it and annoyed by the fact that they did.
The first two are self-explainatory, the latter is simply explained: 1) not everyone here is into obscurely odd programming refernces 2) they pretend to make a new breakthrough discovery or make sense - while, to most of us, they actually do not.
Actually, the only difference between your long posts and my long posts is that I use obscure musical references instead of programming, and - most importantly - I don't pretend to make sense.
So, in conclusion, the only thing I can draw from this - the problem people have with your posts is that they're just too damn pretentious.
On the other hand, by now I'd find it odd to go into the OT area of the forum and not find some pretentious technobabble from you.
No really, it is kinda funny.
The Birds are using humanity in order to throw something terrifying at this green pig. And then what happens to us all later, that’s simply not important to them…
