Colleges? Degrees?

Since my third year of college started yesterday, I have been in the college mood. So I started to think about other college members on the board and what degrees they had. So my question is for those of you who are in college. What college do you go to and what is your major?

I am currently attending The University of Arkansas Fort Smith. I know its a college in Arkansas but its not that bad. I was offered scholarships to about every college out in the United States but this college was the only one with the degree plan I was looking for. My major is in Digital Design. Although I am also majoring in CADD.

So how about you guys?

hmmm - my field would have a better attendance record in a Vo-Tech T_T

The people who take our course's come to learn CAD, reading and writing Schematic's, using and programing CNC Mill's and Lathe's; but leave here creating Anime's like ReBoot and Run=diM

Thats somewhat similar to what Im doing. Digital design is basically 3D animation. Right now Im working on my project which is a movie about a robot who gets lost and is considered a monster by humans. It is quite the coolness, I modeled the main character after the original Canti when I first saw him a year ago.

I graduated from USI - University of Southern Indiana (Evansville) in May. I did 3 yrs as a Mechanical Engineering major, but switched. I ended with a degree in English, General Writing. ^_^; I've never been good at science.

Well, ever since I decided to go into humanities, I knew my options were two: either history or something with languages.

So, my choice:

Brock University (Canada), major: Linguistics (teaching english as second language stream), with minor: History.

And that's how it goes.

Oh why not, here's mine...

University of Western Australia. Bachelor of Science. Majoring in Geology and Chemistry.

or at least that's what will be written on that little peice of paper should I actually somehow manage to survive this year.

BA, English Literature and Language at the University of Oxford (we don't have majors and minors).

Graduated a few years back.

I transfered in to Texas Tech and I starting there this fall. Right now my major is Civil Engenineering but I think I may be transfering over to mechinal engenineering

I'm doing Natural Sciences (physical) at Cambridge, as of this October. Despite being a science subject, it's a Bachelor of Arts (BA).

Well I'm starting this September and I will be doing BA English....Studies *sigh* at Teeside University.

My 1st choice was English Literature at Sheffield University but I some how only managed to get all Bs

I did consider re-sitting and applying to a better course and uni next year, but unfortunately I visited Teeside and the course is surprisingly good (despite the universities reputation). Thus I thought it would be a waste of a year re-sitting.
