I can't get this to work

I've been a member for over two weeks and I can't download any videos. I'll click on a link and then it takes me to the pledge page. What am I doing wrong?

When you're taken to the pledge page, can you hit the 'proceed' button and go on to get the link? Mostly, the 'pledge - pledge - proceed' buttons are to encourage people to donate, but they don't actually stop you from downloading - just hit proceed each time. If you're not getting an option to 'proceed', then there's a problem.
