yeah .. so i fucked another thread up.

Adoption is a great thing, but this thread is really a little misleading. The issue here isn't giving a kid a home, it's helping a couple buy a baby.

you are right ... i guess it was a little bit misleading. I can see how you would take that. Facts are : A couple (who are related to me ) can not have children (and they have tried different things) want a child of their own. I know that adopting a kid WOULD be abetter idea , but they want to be a part of the childs life from almost the begining. It is expensive.
Alls Im saying is, if you can give, then go right ahead. If not then no biggie , I know we have alot of younger people on this board that may not have the loots. cool.

I apologize for misleading anyone.

Well, I'm sorry if I ranted at you. ^_^;; I really do sympathize with your friends, and a few months back I could have helped a lot since a young girl I know happened to be pregnant and unwed and unable to support the imminent child. But that isn't the case now. I just saw the thread, and it reminded me of an issue I had a while back with adoption in general, and the usual preference of newborns versus young children. I *know* why your friends want a baby, really I do. And I'm sorry I can't help. When it comes to adoption, I always favor the young children over the newborns - since everyone wants a newborn. It's just my creed. ^_^;

When people can't have kids it's natures way of telling them, they can't have kids. Really, there are 6,000,000,000 people already. Do we need one more?

thats a little ridiculous. . They have been together for over 10 years .. and have been trying to have kids for at least 5 . I dont know what thats really like .. but trying for a number of years while all your friends and family are successfully raising families without effort must make you feel pretty crappy.
