Whats your favorite music or song to beat a pounching bag to?

For me Prodigy - Breathe is probalby one of my favorites for that ... MDM is good for that too... now this thread is going to go a week before somone says anything right?

Either "Bodies" or "Tear Away" by Drowning Pool. They get me pissed and make me think about all my problems. Then I take out my frustration on the bag.

If I actually sed a punching bag, this'd be my theme. Gets me pissed off enough about life in general to take out my frustrations on whatever punchable thing is within reach.
