No, it really does suck. The creator of the thing is a complete lunatic, too. I hear he has a thing for magical girls.

:O

On topic, Everyone You Know is a pretty spiffy EoE video.

Yeah he's a homo lamer I hear.

My favorite Eva video is either:

This Isn't What We Meant
or
Evangelion Opus

The first is a bit more meaningful with the actual story of Evangelion (listen to the lyrics), but has some technical issues in quality and resizing (not *that* bad).

The second is more "clean," but (IMO) not as meaningful. At the same time, the video is still amazing. The editing is superb.

I suggest those as well as Always (even though the creator is a lamer).

Wow I really enjoyed that. It's been a while since I watched an Eva amv that held my interest. Good job.

its kinda intresting that this comunity is like all pro EVA and all anti DBZ. yet the only reason they seem to not like DBZ is the over usage of its footage from noobs who cant edit to well. (and that some just dont like the over uesage of the same plot in the DBZ story line...over.....and over....and over......again.....and again.....O_o)

but still, it makes me wonder about something. EVA is only 26 EPs and three movies, where as DBZ is like 20+ movies and 700+ eps, and the two of them are over used as far as footage goes, but i would think the people here would get tired of seeing the same 26 EPs of eva used over and over again as aposed to the much larger verity of footage from DBZ. looking at it from a directors stand point, i would rather have the larger amount of footage to work with as aposed to the lesser yet higher quality *as in story line, not video quality* footage from EVA. looking at the chart,

1094 - Neon Genesis Evangelion

VS

1594 - Dragonball Z - *figuring that the majority of the DBZ ones also have the Dragonball and GT footage as well, so im not going to add thos numbers to it*

thats like.....not a lot of difence when you consider that EVA is only 26 eps. having been in this editing for as long as i have now, i can say its almost impossable to find a song that DOSENT fit something in DBZ, so it should be expected that more and more people will go the path of least resistance. cuz honestly, DBZ is just to easy to make AMVs to.

but i still like EVA amvs more ^_^

oh, Pilot Mentality is a really good one that i dont think has been said yet.

You could get mine (in my sig  ), but if you're looking for a really good Eva video, get Battle of the Mind. And, of course, Rei, Beyond Her Heart is another of my faves.

And Trythil's rocks. :| Without any sort of rocking involved, but lots of wussiness.
