You can't delete that from the server, you don't have the power to do so.

Here's the deal. The carrot is for completed videos.
For good or bad, if you want to beta test your video, you'll have to find some sort of alternative method of hosting. That's just the way things are.

I'm reporting this thread and your video to the org moderators so they can deal with it.
