There are few songs I've heard that aren't weird. Although, my conception of weird is slightly different from the general rule.

In the classical conception of weird - hmm... most things by Captain Beefheart, particularly albums 'Trout Mask Replica' and 'Doc at the
Radar Station'. And, Frank Zappa's 'Everything is Healing Nicely' album is a gem... but, I don't think they're weird. I think they're genius :)
The Birds are using humanity in order to throw something terrifying at this green pig. And then what happens to us all later, that’s simply not important to them…

Well, it's what I listen to fairly regularly, but I'm sure the culture-jamming antics of Negativland, v/VM, Volcano the Bear, Paul Harvey Oswald and their ilk would be considered weird. Honestly, the weirdest song I've ever heard is I Touch Myself by the Divynals. I hate it, but I'm oddly compelled to sing along with it, it's so damn catchy.

"Obolus" by Thrones, especially the full 45-minute album version, with "Circling the Transcendental Pillars of Singularity" by Burzum a close second. Terror Organ's "Feral" is pretty messed up as well.

Shin Hatsubai is a Premiere-free studio. Insomni-Ack is habitually worthless.
CHOPWORK - abominations of maceration
skywide, armspread : forward, upward
Coelem - Tenebral Presence single now freely available

Front 242 - Pulse one messed up CD

Aphex Twin - Come To Daddy yes, we've all heard it, but it was original, at least before everyone ripped it off

Edward Ka-Spel - 'O' From The Sea just damn creepy

Pop Will Eat Itself - Get The Girl, Kill The Baddies fun to listen to

Pigface - Alles Ist Meins sped up german lyrics over industrial beats

Einstuerzende Neubauten - Sabrina go listen to this. really!
If nothing else, harsh noises get your attention.

Detachable Penis - King Missile.

Probably.

Or the "Fingertips" set of songlets by They Might Be Giants.

My tastes are so normal. ;)

Perhaps "girl o'clock" by Dismemberment Plan. Good for a laugh at any rate.
