You can get down as low as 100MB per hour, though it'll totally look like ass.

Well I've been working with Scott, as I've offered him hosting space. He's got a VCD version, but I think that he's of the opinion that it's a bit unwieldy for most people. I'm helping him with encoding a DivX version for public consumption. Even still a DivX would be about 200-300 megs, which is on the large side.
I'll poke him again and see if he just wants the VCD version hosted.

How about XviD? I know ErMaC's come up with some good settings for use with XviD, I'm sure other people can also offer opinions. XviD will probably yield a more download-friendly, smaller, yet better-looking file.
