Actually, You can buy the series for 30 dollars off one legit site, (and 41 too, you'll understand in a second.) because diffrent companies release the same series, they can set diffrent prices. This one is like, 3 discs i think, and the 41 is 5 i think, anyway, i Emailed the company about it and they said its the same voice actors as Pioneer, just that the Video wasn't as high quality.(obviously).

Those are bootlegs, people take the original DVDs, copy them and then sell them, of course they're the same dub voices, they're low quality copies of the original. Pioneer, the company that actually did the work in this case gets nothing from customers that buy this sort of bootleg. Is it the same as the original but at a lower quality? Yes. Is it illegal? Yes. Ask yourself this, where is it imported from? Certainly not Japan, as the DVDs in Japan would certainly not have an English dub and Chinese subs that are usually on these discs. If they were legitimate imports, they'd be region specific, the very absence of a region assigned to this DVD is one of the most sure signs of it being a bootleg.

Actually this is not true, when a company buys the rights to a series (Pioneer having the rights to Trigun in the US) they are the sole company that can legitimately sell the product within the specific region.

Okay. This is very, very simple.

Two companies are selling the same series. Let's call them Company One and Company Two.

Company One sells the series for $100.

Company Two sells the series for $40.

Now, and I am trying oh so very hard not to call you an idiot for not seeing this, Company One must now drop its price to $40 or they will get NO business. That's what's called being outcompeted.

But they don't. Company One still stays up at $100.

Why is this?

Because Company Two is selling cheap-ass knockoffs, and not the real thing. There is only one company selling the real product, and that's One.

That's why.

Sorry Dude, this is one of the rip-off sites ...
Most sites just make copies of the series, give it a nice label, place it in a homemade box, and call it a box-set... Why dont you just do it the legit way because like TadakaIsawa said IT IS ILLEGAL!! You are buying bootlegs and that is wrong!!! very very wrong... So just go to Suncoast or Best Buy or some place like that and buy a freaking LEGIT Box-set
