Re: What Program
Last I checked, AVI is useable in WMM. Realmedia doesn't seem to work with anything except Real Producer and Quicktime Pro.Wheeler wrote:Can u give me a link to a site to download a good amv making software? currently i have windows movie maker so i can only use mpeg and wmv formats to make music videos when i need programs so i can use .avi and RealMedia VBR

Windows Movie Maker will import avi files. I ripped and imported all my footage using WMM and avi (though you may want to check the WMM movie maker website and get version 2.0 for more effects etc). For Real Media files, I'd suggest converting those to avi (do a google search and you'll find RM to AVI converters). RM format is not the way to go. Also, where are you getting RM or RAM files? I'd just use the dvd rippers and use either MPG or AVI formats - both of which work in wmm (again, if it's giving you hassel, just check the site and get 2.0 - it's free and complete).
Anyway, you'll be told to get Premiere most likely, try a search and you'll find the trial download. That's the 'best' amv making program most people use. Of course the official store-bought version is expensive, but you'll be told a trial version of Premiere is better than any free-with-computer WMM program.
