Stalker, you can spout off all the misinformation and halfway-thought-out theories you want, but you cannot convince me that Dubya has done more harm than good, or that he is responsible for anything bad that has happened. Yes, a dollar of spending is more helpful than a dollar of tax cuts, but other than that, he has done no wrong. Tax cuts have to go through Congress, and it looks like 2/3 of Congress wanted the cut - and when 2/3 of Congress decides to do something, then the Prez can't stop them if he tried. I have heard of no interest rate hike on the horizon. The people of Iraq and Afghanistan are enjoying levels of freedom that they haven't seen in decades. Al-Quaeda is alive, but a mess, and it would be much harder for them to organize another attack of the magnitude of Sept. 11, if even possible. There is no one in Iraq who went from liking the US to hating us as a result of the war, but people who wished to topple Saddam's statue came out in droves when we entered Baghdad.

He won the election because he got more electoral votes than Al Gore did. The Supreme court did nothing but go along with that method of determining the victor. The fact that Al Gore temporarily conceded may have also been a factor.

North Korea is working on making nuclear weapons. If they succeed, we're fucked. You don't want to be in the USA when Dubya gets re-elected? That's fine. But I don't want to be in the USA either when major American cities start getting nuked.

North Korea won't launch any nukes at us unless we push them to do it. They aren't stupid enough not to realize that doing so would be signing their own death warrant, as practically all of the major world powers would then turn on them and wipe them out completely.

1) Bush signed the tax cut into law. He could've vetoed it. This wasn't Congress' decision alone. Had he vetoed it, Congress would've THEN needed a 2/3 vote to override the veto. But since he signed the damn thing, there was no 2/3 of Congress required to pass it. And just because YOU don't see any interest rate hikes on the horizon doesn't mean there aren't any. It means you're fucking blind.

2) Enjoying levels of freedom? I think not. And Bush is delusional if he thinks they are. There's chaos out there right now, or have you not been watching or reading anything except Feaux News and Rei hentai? The Iraqi people may be "free", but they don't really know what to do with themselves without a clear figurehead. And we certainly aren't providing one.

3) No one in Iraq hates us because of the war? Then explain the U.S. soldier killed today in Al-Qaim by hostile Iraqi fire? As well the numerous clashes Iraqi resistance has had with U.S. troops ever since the "war" ended? Such as this one. If they don't hate us, then why are they constantly getting into skirmishes with our troops? I repeat, have you not been watching or reading anything?

No, Bush won because Florida screwed up, the Supreme Court stopped the recount, and pretty much handed him the office to shut both him and Gore up. Or were you too busy buried in your basement getting off on Rei to pick up a newspaper?

I never said North Korea wasn't a threat. I implied that it just isn't a good idea to go after them now when we have enough on our plate already. Not to mention Tony Blair (British Prime Minister) is catching hell because no WMDs have been found, and he's having a hard time justifying this little playdate to the Brits. So if we go after North Korea now, Britain in all likellihood will not be backing us. And we'll be leaving them to clean up the mess in Iraq like we left France to clean up Afghanistan. That's two EU countries we'll be pissing off. Not a good idea.

YOU can spout all the misinformation and unfounded, unresearched, unsupported bullshit you want. I'll just be sitting here pointing and laughing, and ready to shoot it down.

Well i think we were all screwed anyway when only bush and gore were running for the Office of president. I am also in agreement with Bishounenstalker. As an unemployed person i am living proof of what she is talking bout. Monarch, just respect others opinions and please try to be nice.

HOLY SHIT BUSH HASNT MADE THE WOLRD A FUCKING PARADISE YET!! WHAT FUCKING HORRIBLE GUY!!! Seriously...would you children please drop the whole arm chair politics bullshit. I went through that phase too until I realized thats its pretty much impossible to understand any amount of information over about oh...15 percent of the all information there is regarding things like foriegn policy. And If you dont have all the info regarding a certian subject, odds you are wrong on your veiws of it. Even if you tried really hard, theres a still probably around 25 pecent thats hidden and completely unaccecable to most people, so just give it up. I mean, im not trying to inspire apathy or anything here, but this whole 100 page long thread of BUSH SUCKS/NOT HE DOESNT etc is just a huge waste of time. None of you are saying anything that hasnt been said a 1000 times before. Youre not educating anyone here, so dont give me any of that self rightious PEOPLE MUST KNOW bullshit, they can find out on their own just you did cant they?

So you're saying we can't have or debate opinions because we don't know absolutely everything (which nobody on this planet does)? THAT is bullshit.

And who said anything about "people must know"? I'm not aiming to educate anyone here, since it's perfectly obvious Black Monarch is beyond help. I'm simply arguing a viewpoint. And if you don't like it, there's no one putting a pistol to your head and telling you to read it.

Since Stalker can't argue against anything that I've said without either (a) fogetting that Congress has to get 2/3 support in each house before the prez even gets the opportunity to sign it, (b) deliberately misinterpreting what I said, (c) pretending to know what the Supreme Court did when s/he really doesn't, or (d) making unfounded and inflammatory personal insults, I've decided to just stop arguing and let Stalker believe whatever the liberal-biased media say while I watch Hannity and Colmes and respond to the more rational and civilized people in these forums.

I think you should take that advice to the person who accused me of "spouting idiotic statements," being "pathetically ignorant" and "a fucking moron," "not reading/watching the fucking news," making "some hotheaded and ignorant reply," "reading Feaux News and Rei hentai," being "too busy buried in your basement getting off on Rei to pick up a newspaper," and numerous other unpleasant and fictional things.
