Claiming A Proxy Video

Hello. I am have followed the steps in informaing a-m-v.org staff that a proxy video entered here belongs to me. I sent them e-mail to the a-m-v.org e-mail address, but still have not had the video information transfered to my account so I can edit/update it. I can upload a copy of the video to the site once I get this squared away. Any advice is appreciated!

If anyone can give me any help or advice I would appreciate it, I have been trying to get this switched for almost a week now. Thanks...
