Sitting in here
waiting time
thinking about
why you lied
why you said
you couldn’t go
knowing me
how did I know
I saw you there
With everyone else
Can’t imagine how I felt
Then my dreams
Were crushed and gone
Turn away then
Must be strong
But I am weak
In my head
Anger starts to flare up red
I start to run
Then I see
What you really
Meant to me
Nothing more than everything
Is exactly what I mean
But now you’re done
And you left
Now you tell me
Who’s the best
Who’s the worst
In their way
Lying here where I lay
I can’t mind
We had our time
All that’s left
Can wonder why
You start to see
All of me
Hide your eyes behind the veil
Out of sight
Feelings stale
Remember how

Then the Id begins to tear

What to be

All the skills

That I ran I am glad
Then again can’t help but tank

Swollen head

was being led

searching for a face
erased by days
but it’s too late
to just take
advantage of

very good writing, very intelligently wrote. You might need to send writing samples into some magazines for some exposure. you never know what could happen..

First of all, yes, validation is very important to me. Im not just some starving poet, i cant get by on nothing but a whim. If you read the intro to part 1 you would know that my posting of poems is nothing but an ego-booster. Im not ashamed, nor do i care of what you think of me for it. To the fact that there is no obligation to replys, it is true that you hold no need to do so, yet you feel the need to critizise me for asking other opinions. I do realize i could have gone about to in a more polite manner, and for that i am sorry. It was kind of an impulse post.
