You're not supposed to upload live action vids on the carrot. However, I don't think there is a penalty for it, yet..

Since we are currently using the limited storage of the Dangling Carrot, please only upload ANIME music videos for now (no game videos, no live action, etc). Game videos and such may be uploaded later when the full Golden Donut storage server is available.
