"Powerpuff Girls : Reloaded" is Uploaded

OK, so you probably looked at the title of this post and said "A Powerpuff Girls video? WTF??". That's perfectly fine, because you're here now and reading this post. MWAAHAAHAAHAAA.

"Powerpuff Girls : Reloaded" is my take on/jump into/poking fun at the seeming explosion of videos to the Matrix Reloaded/Revolutions trailer vids since the release of the trailers. As YCSTR pointed out to me, you can pretty much put anything you want to these trailers and have it look good- so I set out to make the most wrong AMV to it I possibly could and still have it 'work'. So, PPG:R was born.

PPG:R was sent in to and competed (with me in the audience

) at Tekkoshocon's AMV Contest last month, and was received extremely well by the crowd. Given that nobody there lynched me for a Powerpuff Girls video (and instead, cheered and applauded quite loudly for it), I'm hoping I'll survive announcing it here as well. It is only available locally for now, but as everyone should be able to download from the 'Carrot starting on the 21st, I hope those of you who can't currently DL from it now will remember it on Monday and give it a look.

I downloaded it, but it doesn't play correctly so I can't review it.

That's my fault BM, sorry... I didn't do a good job of keeping my files separated, and I accidentally uploaded the MPEG2 encode of the video and not the MPEG1 as I had intended- and since I didn't have any problems playing it back on my system when I checked the file before finalizing the upload, I didn't catch the mistaek, can't currently replace it

I have the MPEG1 encode that should work on just about anything on my computers at home- I'll be quite happy to send it to you over AIM in the interrum before we can replace files up on the 'Carrot. Again, I'm sorry for the problems... just me being the occasional airhead...

Good ol fashioned "wrongness" to a video. Gotta love it.

This was a pretty amusing video. Nice job on it.

you should be able to play the file in any dvd player for your computer.

Or you could always email phade and have him delete the file from the carrot. mistakes happen, i'm sure he wont mind.
