How do you take YOUR caffeine?

Post by BishounenStalker » Wed Apr 09, 2003 4:26 pm

Just a general poll on how creators get their caffeine for those long nights of editing. Soda? Coffee? No-Doze? That new caffeinated water stuff (of which the very thought frightens me)?

Of the people who answer soda or coffee, which brand(s)?

I take mine in coffee form most of the time. Gevalia Kaffé, specifically. My sister belongs to the Gevalia coffee club, and usually gets sent an extra half-pound every so many orders as a free gift. So I of course drink all the extra espresso roast.

On the rare occasions I take the Wonder Drug in soda form, it's Diet Vanilla Coke (usually with a bit of coconut rum in it).

Jolt Cola is good... Coffee Beans...

But what I suggest for those long nights of editing and dealing with my comrades, is of course, yellow jackets.

On topic, caffene never does ANYTHING for me. Basically, when I drink about 6 cans of Coke, it only makes me more tired. I never get sugar rushes. The only thing that makes me jumpy is if I see something funny enough to make me laugh at it for 30 minutes straight. I'm serious. I've done that about 2 times now.

Unless you're allergic, then you should use Wasps.

Yea, over the weekends I usually avoid drinking soda or any caffeinated stuff, cuz it interupts my train of thought completely. I end up getting "editor's block" and start spamming the chat room.. not a pretty sight. o(O

I just drink ice-cold water now, or snack on sum food..

I love Fridays, btw.. only two more days left.

-finally got back my damn inspiration in vidz..

I'm not a creator, but I used to stay up on pure will power. Until I collapsed of course! lol

But now that I'm getting up so early, there will be no more late nights. Too bad... -_-

Jolt.
