not exactly anime quotes, but the Kenshin bloopers are good.

ShiSho (sp?) voiced by Spike's (Bebop) v.a. did numberous bloopers:

"When they shot me in the head, I was rendered helpless, I wanted to call it date rape, but my lawyer said I had no case."

(from the memorial scene where Shisho and Kenshin are moving to strike one another, while all the air is being pulled in between them I.E. blackish blue orb thingy):

Hiko:

i think one of my favorite sayings is on tenchi muyo whenever washu had just made or done something those 2 little doll things would always pop up and say something to the effect of "Little Washu you're the greatest; We love u Little Washu" and then she'd go on some 'i am the greatest' speech
