Elektra- What about a samurai, Suzuka from Outlaw Star?

The Kingpin - El Palazzo from Excel Saga.

Bullseye- Haruko from FLCL jumps to mind. Granted, she's a girl, and Bullseye is a guy, so that may be a little too comedic, but I thought I'd throw that out there anyway.

For Elektra I say go with Jubei Chan as well.
Bullseye, go with Vash the Stampede or perhaps Bean Bandit from his own show.
Kingpin go with Dornkirk, or maybe Shishio Makoto, Kagato might be good as well.

Vash is being played as Daredevil.
Although that would be pretty entertaining to a Vash vs Vash fight.

I think I got a Bullseye. For him, it will be either Alucard or Anderson from Hellsing. The other characters I still need to think about so give some more suggestions.

Anderson would be a good pick since he likes to throw knives and such.

I got a better bullseye character. Althouh for this one, you'd have to use bootlegs or fansubs. It's akabane kurodo a.k.a. Dr. Jackal from GetBackers. He's a really evil guy who conceals knives under his skin and takes pleasure in slicing his victims up, and carving his intial into their skin. His special attack is called the bloody rain, where he causes knives to fall down from the sky upon a target and it is nearly impossible to dodge.
