Most deffinently. I don't see much basis for a counter suit, but against the Newspaper for defamation seems like a winning case.

I sent a copy of the article to my brother in Miami (he's a political science major studying to be a D.A.) This is his response:

Supreme Court Associate Justice Stewart probably gave
the best definition: "I know it when I see it."
