Imaginary Cat Syndrome - IT'S DIGI TIME AGAIN

Post by Hagaren Viper » Sat Nov 21, 2020 11:02 pm

Two AMVs in one year, what a miracle! Finally returning to roots with a long overdue Digimon AMV strictly because I made myself finish this so I can edit with the newer, shinier Digimon movie. It also just so happens that today is the 5th anniversary of Digimon Adventure Tri so I thought this would be the perfect time to release this. Hope you enjoy this one!

I have to be upfront that I've never watched Digimon, and I don't like the song... so it's high praise that I enjoyed the AMV anyway, haha. The syncing to the guitar/drums was spot on throughout the vid - just incredible stuff. I think the coolest part is at 2:35 where you sync both the guitar with external sync/zooms/poses and the drums with the... uh... vibrating digipet thingy (sorry! my ignorance is showing haha). I also liked the poignancy of the ending. Great stuff.

Honestly love hearing stuff like that, feel like an accomplishment if I can get someone to appreciate a thing they normally don't, haha. I'm glad you enjoyed it, thank you! It's never too late to start watching Digimon.

I liked this video more than I liked Tri.

Classic HV action editing at its finest.
