The Thread of Our Lives (Mondocon 2nd place)
I tried to make an alternate story in this project.
The main concept was the feeiling - in a way - how fragile our life is.
One decision can mean the difference between we have or lose someone we love.
I made this video for the local (hungarian) Mondocon 2019 Autumn AMV competition. I got 2nd place there.
It's a little late after the video's premier, but I have few other ongoing projects.

Nice work !! I like the rythm and the way you use the slow and silent moments of the song, also your editing is very precise and the video clips you choosed are fitting perfectly in terms of movement and emotion, I can see a lot of work behind that video! If I could give you an advice (which is only my humble opinion) I would say try to include more moments where you de-synchronise from the beat to add a little bit more of surprise and be less 'predictable' in the way you follow the music, but don't get me wrong you made a beautiful video.
Congratulations, that was a very elegant and pleasurable work

Thank You Very Much!NeonFellow wrote: โSun Jan 05, 2020 10:07 pmNice work !! I worked almost 2 months on this video.
I originally used the official 4K BD relase of the anime. (Almost 50 GB.) I have a 4K DDL in my video's description in Youtube.
The effort was started around there, then I did everything to bring my best.
Fortunately I learned lot from my previous projects, and from my beta testers. So I was able to level up a bit and make something better.
I know what you talking about.NeonFellow wrote: โSun Jan 05, 2020 10:07 pmIf I could give you an advice (which is only my humble opinion) I would say try to include more moments where you de-synchronise from the beat to add a little bit more of surprise and be less 'predictable' in the way you follow the music, but don't get me wrong you made a beautiful video.
First things first, I know I have lot to learn.
That's why I focused to beat-, mood- and internal sync in this project. Yeah, coloring too, but it wasn't that good in this case, but I learned a lot from it.
The "de-synchronisaton from the beat" is a next level type of sync - at least for me. (Especially because I used instumental musics for my main projects in the past year.)
I did some "de-synchronisaton from the beat" type of sync experiments earlier.
And i have an ongoing project where I going to use these experiences.
Thank You again!NeonFellow wrote: โSun Jan 05, 2020 10:07 pmCongratulations, that was a very elegant and pleasurable work![]()
