Hey guys! I just discovered AMVorg and i wanted to show this new AMV i've made. I used, in total, 7 animes and spent like 2 days on making it. I was trying to use, for the first time, a lot of masking, as you can see some in the video. Also, i would like to apologize for the video quality, my bad on this one.
Any feedback is appreciated
(thank you seasons for helping me out with the topic)

Re: Multiple Anime AMV - Under Enemy Arms
The combination of anime here strikes me as a little bit odd (perhaps just the inclusion of the volleyball anime with all of these series where characters are fighting each other to the death), but there's a good sense of movement in energy in all the clips you used, and I thought you did a good job timing your cuts to the track, never letting any clip run for too long, making your fast cuts feel purposeful and impactful. There's never a dull moment in this, but it never feels too busy or too action packed for its own sake.
The video quality was very good. There were some watermarks on some clips (0:16, 1:15, 1:44, 1:58, etc.) that I found distracting, but most of the footage you used was very clean.
The masking felt like it could be sharper but you used it very sparingly and it was an effective tool in transitioning between shots.
Good effort, I enjoyed this!

Thank you for the feedback! Yeah, i feel that volleyball/death fight oddness i'll keep that in mind next time. About the watermarks, yeah. I could hide them, but the quality would get much worst, sorry about that. (In my previous AMV, ''Rise, Karasuno'', for exemple, i used the whole movie and searched for the best parts, soo the quality was much better). Looking foward to participate more here.seasons wrote: ↑Mon Jun 17, 2019 6:24 pmThe combination of anime here strikes me as a little bit odd (perhaps just the inclusion of the volleyball anime with all of these series where characters are fighting each other to the death), but there's a good sense of movement in energy in all the clips you used, and I thought you did a good job timing your cuts to the track, never letting any clip run for too long, making your fast cuts feel purposeful and impactful. Pretty weird combo, but i guess it's entertaining even tho music isn't exactly up my alley. Pretty decent effort and edit i think
