Hello, Just uploaded my new AMV to youtube and to this site (Which I hope uploaded correctly here) And I'm looking for feedback on what I could of done better so I can improve in future edits. This is the first time trying to edit more faster pace footage/action footage and third time editing AMVs overall. I look forward to any feedback and opinions on what I could do to improve. Thank you in advance!

Re: Evangelion - Torture [AMV]
Good pick for a song. I do feel that your scene selection needed to be lot more diverse though. You spent way too long on that 1 fight, and you needed to show a lot more action when the song reached its climax. Also, the downtime of the song could have been a great time to show some motives and character development outside of the battle. When making a AMV, you should try not to use too much footage from a single scene, episode, or segment.

Thanks for the feedback, And I agree now that I look back on it seems like I missed a lot of good opportunities for character building. And also Thanks for the advice I will try to be more diverse on my next attempt. ^^kireblue wrote:Good pick for a song. I do feel that your scene selection needed to be lot more diverse though.
