Always Never-Ending + Hyper Carry (AWA Pro Vids)

Here is one of the videos that I made for the AWA Pro competition this year. It uses a Linkin Park (In the End) / Smash Mouth (All Star) mashup that can be found here: https://soundcloud.com/nonplayablerecor ... es-it-work . I felt Madoka was the perfect choice for this song due to it its bright colors and happy appearance that gets undermined by a very dark plot. I feel that the song does the same thing with its happy lyrics and the serious mood created by the instruments. And so I really enjoyed editing with such contrasting elements. I noticed that some people have difficulty distancing themselves from the original context of the songs, and so they didn't really take the AMV seriously when they watched it, but I still love the way it turned out

My other video for AWA pro technically isn't a AMV since it uses League of Legends promotional videos instead of anime. And so I don't think that I can actually upload it here. This was definitely an interesting video, and it was pretty nicely done. The mash of the two songs was kind of distracting for me though because it made it have a weird sense of humor in it as well I dont feel like it was meant to have xD.

The league video makes all of my league love vibes very happy so thank you very much for making it. Definitely loved watching that one.

I have same problem as Xophi, this was so confusing O_O. Mostly because of song, but hey good edit lol. !

I'm in the same boat as these two for the first video, I couldn't tell if it was meant to be a serious drama or some strange tongue in cheek humor. That comic definately sums it up tho lol.

The action vid with League was pretty sweet though and considering you actually have very little to work with you made something pretty solid and was actually surprised it didn't make it into finals for action.

also as i said on the youtube, it was easier to appreciate the editing in your madoka vid once i knew it was serious. there were some really nice scene selection and sync in it and i thought it was great overall u8
