The 48 fps was just a thing i wanted to try some more back in 2011. Since i already knew i would upspeed some scenes it seemed like a good idea. I never really saw it as a effect. However, reading this now really makes me think about how to use HFR in the future.

Thank you! As i wrote in the org comments FMP is my life. To say i'm a fan would be a huge understatement. I know the first Anime series has it's flaws. I can only encourage people to sit through it. The last few episodes have some of the best drama/tension that i've ever seen in Anime.
