Superhero Intervention, Centuries (Sakuracon Finalist) +More

Hello hello! I've been lurking off and on for . . . a while . . . and have in the last few months or so have had a sudden flurry of creating videos, entering some contests, and actually getting my AMVs uploaded and into the database. I'm planning on sticking around and trying to be more sociable, so feedback and hellos are very welcome!

I've done one or two AMV announcements before, but I just posted "Superhero Intervention" this weekend, so I thought I'd include my recent previously un-announced and un-uploaded videos alongside it for your possible viewing pleasure, now that all of them are fully online. I'm looking forward to seeing everyone around more!

I think that the centuries video was my favorite out of the the 4. The anime/ song combo worked pretty well, and the mood was good. I think that you need to get rid of some of the lip flap and try to make your speed adjustments look more natural, but it was still nice

Thank you so much! Centuries was the first one I'd done after taking about a 9 month break, and the AMV I made before that was the first time I'd tried speed adjustments. I definitely got feedback that I needed to focus on that so hopefully my newer AMVs have less speed hiccups in them. Lip flap is something else I'll keep more of an eye out for, since I literally just ... zone them out if the rest of the scene is doing what I want it to do, oops.

I also like the Centuries one the most. I agree with Erik about the speed ups and lip flap. I also think you could work on your pacing and sync a bit as well as they aren't super solid. Over all though, good job! Your combos are really good, and the scene selection is pretty decent as well. I thought it was funny you used Gatchaman Crowds and Johnny Hollow's Superhero especially since they aren't very well known because I did a video recently using that song for an Iron Editor event at a con, and one of the sources was Gatchaman Crowds, which I used a lot more than everything else xD. Look forward to your future videos ^.^

Haha, you made one to Superhero?? I always do a search on YouTube/the Org for the songs I'm using before I make one since I try not to do what's already been done, but I didn't see any! Anyway the more people who know about Johnny Hollow, the better, tbh.

If you have any particular or specific thoughts/examples on pacing or sync on anything that would be super keen (since it's hard to pull back away from your own vid enough to see it sometimes) -- but I'll be trying to improve on that either way. Thank you for taking the time to watch!

Awww thank you THAT MEANS A LOT COMING FROM YOU I forget if I told you already but your AMV at Sakuracon was what made me finally stop dragging my feet over watching Gatchaman so I'm super glad I finally did!

HAHA thank you so much! I'm glad to hear it. I complained to all my friends for like two sold weeks about how I didn't want to make an AMV to THAT SONG but it's so perfect you have to understand so I'm glad it worked out.
