Aww, I've been working on a video to "Blank Space"... beat me to it... oh well, maybe one day I'll finish it. 
Anyway, you did a great job telling the story of this couple in the video... doesn't seem like a particularly healthy relationship, haha. This counts as romantic?
I was a little thrown off by how "slow" the clips were in comparison to the pace of the song, and how rough some of the transitions were. This may be influenced by my own video so I guess take that with a grain of salt, but sections like in the beginning with "where you been"... there's like two beats in there (on where and been), and you're using a static shot of her holding the ice cream out. "and you love the game" is like five beats on each word, and you're using one continuous shot of... I guess it's a statue? Dead shots with no movement can kind of kill the pace of the video, but moving shots that don't fit the beat or pace of the song also feel out of place. Some of the external synch beats are also late; they just need to happen a couple frames sooner.
What I mean by "rough transitions" is stuff like what I think is a shake/fade around 1:11; it looks like it has a few frames of a next shot, you see it for a split second in-between the two shots (running up the stairs and guy holding onto ledge). If I notice this sort of thing creeping into fades I'll usually try to cut the video sooner on either side to prevent an unintended shot from getting in.
Anyway, hope that helps and isn't just irritating to hear. ._.
