Third: AMV AFTER HOURS! I am still looking for AMVs to be submitted for this, the specific relaxations here are they do NOT have to be within the last year, they can have won many an award or none at all, they can basically slide out to an R rating but nothing beyond that! these are not for judging and as long as they pass the normal criteria with the exceptions i noted above! lets have a GREAT show there!

Does this count against the total 3 video you can submit?

As long as contest actually do research on the videos that are submitted and follow this rule.

I have the same rule for my contest as well.

Amv after hours do NOT count against the three contest submissions. this is just a showing and not a contest.
Please convert, to the submission standards, realize that the video display in the contest will override larger formats and could make your more detailed 1080p less appealing.

as to other things, yes i am working to get with amv hell makers to get permission to run ones that are appropriate to the convention. thanks for the suggestion!

FOLKS! we are coming up on the deadline. I know this has been a fast turn around time but please understand there have been hiccups that were unforseen! please feel free to message me if you have problems, I will work with you. also please take note I have received three submissions attempted that were HTML and I have no way to contact the author of the amv so if you submitted an html information on the 25th, 27th and 31st please contact me.

I just looked at the after hours submissions, and I am also seeing 3 html submissions and they are not allowing me access to them. I would love to see these submissions and they are on the 27th, 30th and today. please contact me here or at my email provided if you need assistance

When I submit my AMV, I got a reply back from Box support saying this. Any tips?

Your attempt to email file(s) into 'a folder' was not successful. This could be due to the following reasons:

- Your collaboration privilege did not allow you to upload into the folder
- A file of the same name already exists and the folder owner disabled file-overwriting for this folder
- The file you attached exceeded file size limit
- The owner of this folder does not have sufficient space in their account
