A remastering of my original work, "Dare You to Dream" premiered at MTAC 2014 and received the awards: "Staff Best in Show" and "Best Drama."
I am very proud of what this work has accomplished (mixing over twenty years of beloved Studio Ghibli works in order to create a tribute; excluding Pom Poko and My Neighbors the Yamada's). This project took close to four months to finish, but it was definitely worth all of the late nights! The video starts out with the theme of dreams. We enter into the minds of these sleeping characters and begin to visualize what they hold most dear, what they fear, and what their imaginations create. The rest of the video takes the viewer through these dreams, exploring various themes and emotions.
