the virus killed the amv!

just how many of us have spent numerous hours/days/weeks/months on an amv just to have adobe premiere or whatever program u r using say error and screw upeverything b4 u saved..and u had just made major improvements or advances in the amv....Well I was 30 secs into my new vid..i'm 3 weeks into the vid..u know the process(script 4 vid,getting clips,editing clips...and so on) and an error shut down premiere and now everytime i go to this clip and try to edit it it freezes or something!!!! i wanna cry!!!ANYWAYS HOW MANY OF U HAVE VIDS ON HERE THAT PUT U THROUGH THAT KIND OF HELL?

Not me. I keep backups of my projects. On seperate machines.

And what does this have to do with a virus?
Are you sure that it's a virus? There's many other things that can cause program malfunctions.

If it is a virus, why don't you have an antivirus program?

Maybe hes stupid and doesn't like antivirus progs. thats funny. because one time my friend downloaded an anti virus prog and it had a virus in the zip LOLOLOLOLOLOLOMGOMGOMG SU YEAR!

every single time i go to this certain clip "error" pops up and the program closes dwon..and i have virus software..so maybe it isn't a virus..but its damn annoying

Premiere itself is a virus :O

Tells us the error and maybe there is a way to fix it...

You know ... I had the same problem once, I used two effects (can't remember which ones) on a single frame and that caused premiere to crash every time I tried to render it ... in the end I had to use a different effect.

I virus claimed my videos and my computer once. I had to do a system recovery thing on it and i lost everything. those poor cheap WMM videos... :lol: :lol: :lol:

The virus strikes again, that crappy movie and killed many of my braincells @_@ heh :P

If it's just 1 clip maybe you should delete it off the timeline and put it back with the original source.
