Tips, that was a BEAUTIFUL video. As soon as it was over I could hear people all around me either praising it or wanting to get the anime and the song.

Thanks a lot! ^^ I'm really glad people enjoyed it! Incase anyone want to know, the Anime is Gosick, and the song is Ghost of a Rose by Blackmore's Night.
finally starting to recover from the weekend. the show itself ran perfectly, which is really saying something considering the VERY large margin of error i had to deal with. the whole contest ended up running off of my 3rd back up. a BIG thanks goes to my assistant Yuusharo, he saved my butt. he was very on top of his equipment and gave me the confidence to step back and let him run it off his computer.
our venue was a bit larger than necessary but i was told (by more than one person) it was a major step up from last year.
we announced/replayed our winners during the masquerade half-time show, we also were permitted to play videos during the seating it was a great weekend for amvs and I am so pleased that our Best of Show winner was present to receive her awards up on stage, and the shock only made it 100 times more awesome
i'm so glad you like my award, Gunther i loved seriously, i lost track of how many times i watched it, and how many times it made me re-watch Wreck-it Ralph. it may even interest you to know that the masquerade best of show winners were a Venelope and Taffita

Actually "Plan B" was the whole con's motto, but we weren't happy settling for what everyone else was doing so we took it all the way to Plan C. Cuz' that's how we roll in the SPJ and A, ya'll.
