Well, I'm a fan of SAO, so I was happy to see an AMV with it already. But man, you just had 4 episodes to work with. O_O

My first piece of advice would be to upload to a more reputable file sharing service. I had to make an account for 4shared, and the download took me nearly an hour, even with my high speed internet connection that can download nearly a GB in ten minutes. AMV.or offers free file hosting, so
I'd advise checking into that.
Next up, let's talk about visuals. Your visual quality is very blocky, there's a watermark in the top right corner (crop those out!), and it's in WMV format. I know there aren't any DVDs out at the moment, so might I advise this
guide to help you get the most out of your footage from its source files and this
guide to help with encoding? Naturally, you'll need to export your final footage out of your editor as a lossless format to keep the quality the same, but this
guide goes through that process better than I could, and offers a lot of good advice.
As for the AMV itself? Well, I think that it had some promise at some times (you had some good scenes selected to match up with the lyrics at the time), but the main problem is that the video lacked sync. By that, I mean that the music and video didn't really mesh well together. Take a look at :23-:36 and 1:05-1:17. You have just one really long scene running. Same with 1:18-1:27. The scenes don't have much to do with the lyrics, and they aren't really being cut/edited to the beat of the music, correct? Having cut those parts with the music, or utilized scenes that matched with the lyrics might have helped you out. It makes it more entertaining to watch and helps mesh the music and video together other than just looking like scenes thrown on top of a song. Next, your action sequences really didn't have much sync behind them. Let's look at 1:53-2:30 for an example. Look at 2:13 and 2:17-2:18. See where you hit those beats of the drum to match the swordsmanship clashes? THAT was fantastic. But it's just not consistent. From 1:53-2:30 there are only a few instances of that in there. Keep your editing consistent (although it doesn't always have to be the drum beats)
Still, I see potential. You had a few nice editing places in this AMV, and you seem to have a good taste in music/anime and what goes well together. Keep it up!
