Kevin Smith and Jason Mewes came to our campus last year during a tour to discuss their film making careers, etc. Unfortunately they both came off as total assholes full of their own glorified opinions of themselves. I generally like their movies, but they aren't works of genius, which is what both Jason and Kevin would like you to think they are.

Well, in my opinion, they make the funniest movies, but serious movies are overall better in my opinion, so they aren't exactly my favorite movie people ever.

Here's 10... no order 'cause I'm not really a huge movie fan. Just going in order of what I remember that should be on the list

Ferris Buler's Day Off
LOTR - The Fellowship of the Ring
Legally Blond
Monty Python and the Holy Grail
Officespace
Spaceballs
Airplane I
Airplane II
The Princess Bride
Moulin Rouge (that's my favorite movie, but the rest aren't in order)
<i>"Kano, quit reading my mind! Quit it!" - Miyazawa Yukino</i>
I wish I were a penguin in a past life.

Quick Change The Channel

Post by MetalWolf » Tue Dec 24, 2002 2:46 am

I guess my top ten changes all the time, I try to keep the newer movies around the lower parts since I know jus tlikeing them excitingly is just a phaze I go through its the fact that if I can watch it tent ime in a row and like it alot each time is the fact that it stays on the these are the movies that are surviving or have survived longer than most. You can tell I am a James Bond fanatic

1: A Beautiful Mind
2: X Men
3: Back To The Future Part 2
4: Goldeneye
5: Dick Tracy
6: Last Action Hero
7: Spider Man
8: Man With The Golden Gun (I usually don't find midgets funny as some people but Nick Nack just makes me crack up just listening to him)
9: Lord Of The Rings: The Two Towers (Gollum is the only thing that comes close to Nick Nakc when it comes to just to listening or looking at the person and just laughing, I can't help it)
10: Diamonds Are Forever

I would put Street Fighter on here but then I have a feeling everyone would flame me for it, but i can't help it that move had in my opinion one of the best comedic one liners, done by Zangeif "Quick change the channel!"
