I've been in contact with the Programming people and they've been made aware of the need to avoid AMV scheduling conflicts. They're working with me.
For now though, to anyone who is hosting a panel that received confirmation of their panel, the timeslot you were assigned is NOT accurate. Timeslots were sent prematurely, so stay tuned. Any questions, inquire with
me directly.
For those of you who have put in a panel request with programming, here's the schtick: If you've brought me into the loop on your activity as well, I can help make sure your panel doesn't conflict with the other AMV activities happening that day (hint: avoid Saturday past noon

). If you haven't brought me into the loop, I'll stay out of it, and you'll get whatever timeslot you requested, which may or may not end up being what you really want.
The safest times presently are Friday before late afternoon, Saturday before noon, Sunday
early morning and late evening (which would put you against Masq), and Monday. NOTE: This advisory is tentative and subject to change.
