well, let me be the first to say "Welcome to the org".
In terms of your AMV, its a bit hard for me to get into a video that uses the opening song from the anime that it uses. So my advice to you is to be a little more creative with your song choice. Also, it would have been nice if your AMV had some more sync in it. If you're not sure what I mean about sync, check out this guide

It's not bad, the only thing that jars is the part with subtitles, it really breaks the atmosphere of the video.

not so bad, better than my first definitely! made me wanna watch it, but i haven't seen it so i didn't know it was the op song, and using the op song for the anime it's an op song for is a pretty big taboo. It's just hard to make something that doesn't remind you of the op the whole time. not bad for your first though
