Silent-Movie style AMV?

I very recently had an idea for a silent-movie style AMV using a plot/storyline i envisioned (while not feeling so good mentally). I would like to know if anyone has made or knows of any AMVs with a silent-movie style to it or any that have been made with a totally unique story using clips from many different anime to tell it. Im talking serious storytelling here as in major alteration of typical anime storyline.

Also any recommended similar AMVs or tips and advice would be greatly appreciated. Thnx.

Thanks for the help guys. Those have given me some inspiration and show me that mine will be quite different, although i might try a style thats somewhere between the first two.
