Re: All or Nothing
I hate it when people self-depreciate their own work. "Not a big deal" to me is an immediate "well.... there wasn't much work into this, so I can *probably* ignore it and wait for something that they put more effort into.
QUIT THAT PEOPLE! >: |
Anyway, it was a pretty compelling trialer that really showed off a lot of interesting aspects about the series. Good sync (editing wise as well as internally), and the whole thing was well crafted. I hated it when you switched between scenes that were going really well (like the hero fighting off that wave of arrows and about to get blasted only to move to something with a different/friendly setting).
But still, I dug it. You must REALLY like this anime though, because you work with it a lot. xD
NIce to see you back Kyssi!

I dunno, it doesn't seem to me like he intended that way. Especially with the "have fun" addition. He didn't say anything about not putting forth an effort, I think you read too much into it.CodeZTM wrote:I hate it when people self-depreciate their own work. As for the video, I found the switching between scenes to be, well, quite effective as far as the trailer aspect goes. Show me a little of it, I want to see the rest, watch the anime. Show me all of it, I've seen it and my desire to watch the anime is lessened. This is actually the first video with this anime that made me interested in it at all, (I haven't seen it) I'd say that's a great job.

Re: All or Nothing

The slow part at the begining was a bit weird. But it becomes better on the 2nd part. Some scene seemed a bit inappropriate (like the one with the golem). But after that, it's pretty good. Your vid lack of the trailer atmosphere, though. I still prefer you're Number 1, but this one wasn't bad too :p
Nice work

Didn't you use the blurays ? Video quality seemed a bit weird for an HD video.

Re: All or Nothing
the way that you edited this was pretty good, but I think that this video needed a bit more focus. You spent a lot of time setting up Saito's epic season 2 battle, but then you switched to so many other battles that everything else seemed random. But the best parts of the video were definitely the ones where you showed Saito fighting that entire army.

No big deal... I mean the footage is not the best, the audio is from YT, and so on... I really think that the most important thing for yourself is to enjoy your own video and bring da mood. Scene switching was because I didn't want to show too much from the first 3 series... watch the entire

Ileia you're right, and I agree with you. Thank you for your words!

Thanks! The slow parts are weird, I know. "Scene selection problem #1"Kain-x-spirits wrote:I liked.

Yeah, N1 has became... something like an association... I mean I don't know, I just feel it after reading YT comments... QCs OPs and the statistics... N1 is unique and unrepeatable for me.
Spoiler :
Thanks for the comment, I'm glad you liked it at allkireblue wrote:the way that you edited this was pretty good, but I think that this video needed a bit more focus.
