here are my guesses.

The only hint we're given so far is we're correct about the card suits, but not necessarily the value, so I'm going to swtich gears off assuming its the ace of clubs for now, even though it would generally match the rest of the aces and complete the set.

They're playing blackjack it looks like and Faye is the dealer and her cards are two aces (Cat and Vash) giving her a twelve. Assuming she stands (usually a dealer has to stand at 13, but we'll just assume she stands at 12 here) Vash who has an Ace (faye card) would need at least a 2 to win, or something with a value of 10 for a blackjack.

2 of clubs with Faye and Vash
the 2 would be the metaphorical or symbolic significance type card in that, appearing on aces individually previously they had been playing solo for the most part and the 2 of clubs with a picture of them would be the symbolic joining of both of them, also letting Vash beat the dealer still, which is ironic in some sense since he'll be winning with a 13 which is traditionally seen as an unlucky number, but this suits the personality of Vash.

If going for the big win (the blackjack) it could be a 10, J, Q, K
if its a 10 I would think it would have the count design as either butterflys or petals.
Q could be Faye since it would make sense towards the end and be sort of going full circle with the overall theme/motif, enhance a metephorical lady luck concept, and ultimately winning it all which includes the game, his opponents, and the girl.
K with vash/crown from the slot machine.
J could be some of the baddies.

One other thought I had is that it could be a joker with vash and/or faye on it, but there isn't a joker of clubs.

Wow, i really liked the teory, but... No! )

Ok, it another tip then - all cards have the same value. But that is not what important. Did nobody noticed the thing about cards? That makes me cry, really. (

I'm probably going to be the only one to go against the grain here, I honestly couldn't really get into the video. There were some scenes that looked fantastic, some masks that were well done, but for all of that there are just as many that seem tacky and out of place to me. Cool little gimmick ripping off tainted donuts, but that's about it to me.

This is a perfect sequel to Tainted donuts. Bravo  !
As for the last card ... a random guess: maybe both their guns ? (since this is the next-to-last scene of the video)

Dare I say... even better than Tainted Donuts?
I've never seen either anime, but I'm glad, as I can see this amv without any conflicting stories belonging to the characters getting in the way. I'm sure it makes sense even if you've seen it, judging by the response, suggesting even more so the amazing quality of this amv.
I don't know what to say, really. It's flawless. And if I wasn't lazy and actually did the "favorites amv" thing on our org profiles, this would be at the top. Period.

As for the last card, the Ace of Clubs... ?

"Otherwise known as trefoils, clubs represent many things: fall, winter, night, darkness, males, fire, energy, will, wealth, work, luck, and happiness."

That doesn't really help much, but then again, it's possible it may not even be clubs, could be anything right? I can sort of "see" the clubs in that last scene "darkness, fire, happiness" etc., but that's over analyzing a bit.
Either way, the last card has something to do with their coming together, love, etc. I'm guessing either the scene at 3:30, which looks like it could be on the card, plus it is sort of symbolic, or, even more symbolic is 3:38, where she drops her gun and it lays next to his. I think it is both of their guns.
The kissing scene would make sense too, but "kissing" is quite obviously a show of love, and I think it's something more creative then that.
So yeah, both of their guns for the last card, like at 3:38... or them at 3:30.
